SPALL’S® is a Portuguese brand of healthy and tasty sweet potato chips. The brand SPALL’S® presents an original recipe consisting of sweet potatoes originating in Aljezur cut in an extra-fine way, with a mix of varieties, rosemary seasoning and sea salt. The sweet potato of the brand SPALL’S® comes from Aljezur, a region with unique environmental conditions for its planting and production, due to the abundance of sun and the purity of the land, water and air. In this land of the Algarve, the brand SPALL’S® takes advantage of the best agricultural conditions, namely producers with the best technique for planting, watering, harvesting and, especially, the best storage conditions, a critical factor in ensuring the quality of potato sweet during the year. The company, the brand SPALL’S® and the product are 100% Portuguese. The product is produced in Aveiro with sweet potatoes from Aljezur, sea salt from Tavira and rosemary from the West Portugal. The brand SPALL’S® entered the market with a chef recipe, inspired by international chefs, choose the fine cut, the variety mix and rosemary as the original recipe. The final product is a vegan and gluten-free snack, source of vitamins A, C and E, which provide an antioxidant action. The SPALL’S® sweet potato chips were fried slowly, at low temperature and in high oleic vegetable oil. The products of the brand SPALL’S® are entirely produced in Portugal and the brand intends to place several recipes for sweet potato chips on the market and be market leaders in this product.
