Nothing is flat at QUINTA DO ROMEU®, neither climate nor landscape, neither people nor aromas! Against the mainstream of intensive monocultures and guided by old traditions, the Portuguese brand QUINTA DO ROMEU® has been producing wine, olive oil and cork since 1874. These three biblical Mediterranean crops create a harmonious patchwork on the land and in their yearly cycles. All is done under certified organic farming by the Menéres Family and some of the estate forests are included in the “EU Natura 2000 Network” for Biodiversity & Preservation. And as with all things of rare quality, you will only find QUINTA DO ROMEU® olive oil and wines in limited quantities, made exclusively from the Menéres family estate – QUINTA DO ROMEU® – vineyards and olive trees.
