BRAND PLANETA TANGERINA®

The Portuguese brand PLANET TANGERINA® is a publishing house that works mainly in the album format – the one where text and images dialogue to create a unique result. The brand PLANETA TANGERINA® has as readers not only children, but all parents and adults who like illustrated albums and their unique way of telling stories. In 2012, the brand PLANETA TANGERINA® inaugurated the Dois Passos e Um Salto collection, for older readers. In 2014, with the publication of the book Lá Fora, the brand PLANETA TANGERINA® started a non-fiction collection, which, however, kept growing. The brand PLANET TANGERINA® has books published in more than 20 languages, such as Spanish, French, Korean, English, German, Norwegian, Greek, Italian, Mandarin, Polish or Dutch. The atelier was born from the interest that its authors have for communication media — be they books, magazines or teaching documents. The brand PLANETA TANGERINA® believes that the contents for the youngest should be well structured, simple, rigorous, beautiful and, whenever possible, fun. The brand PLANET TANGERINA® regularly collaborates with educational services from museums, city councils, agencies and brands that develop programs for schools. The brand PLANET TANGERINA® likes to take a project and work it from beginning to end, but it also works the different stages separately (texts, images, graphic design). In either case, the brand PLANET TANGERINA® strives to always follow the two main rules of the house – don’t fall for formulas and challenge readers. They deserve it!
