The creation of the stunning “jewels” is in charge of Chef Ana Patrícia Correia, whose main motivation is to create amazing desserts that can be enjoyed by everyone. At her side, her husband, Rui Gusmão, has as main objective to help in the creative process, but also to transmit to customers this passion for pastries and products.
