The Portuguese brand MANJERICA® was created in 2012 and aims to create quality bags with a timeless appeal and functionality. The brand MANJERICA® is committed to sincere quality, honest production, and conscientious design, producing every bag in Portugal with the best Italian materials. Based in Lisbon, the brand MANJERICA® presents a new concept of design and craftsmanship at a fair price, combined with responsible and sustainable practices. The brand MANJERICA® believes that tradition and craftsmanship together create “something” special, capable of elevating a product to a unique work of art. The brand MANJERICA® supports local artisans maintaining 100% of the production in Portugal and in the search for European materials. Over the years, the brand MANJERICA® has expanded the use of Tanned Vegetable Leather, which is tanned with tannins extracted from vegetable matter, such as bark mills. In addition to being the oldest known method, no chemicals are used in the process, making it more sustainable for the planet. The brand MANJERICA® believes in less quantity and more quality, paving the way for a new meaning of Luxury. MANJERICA® brand products respond to the modern life of women, with function and aesthetics combined to add multiple forms of use. The mission of the brand MANJERICA® is to create bags that you can use for several years, transmitting to your children a quality piece full of memories and meanings. The brand MANJERICA® is not limited by the restrictions of the fashion calendar and its seasons. All MANJERICA® brand bags are handmade in Portugal using traditional techniques.
