More than a brand, LIQUID SUMOS & SMOOTHIES® is a way of being in life! Born in Lisbon in 2011 by the hands of Teresa Barata with the aim of giving her followers access to a new concept of food and well-being. The brand LIQUID SUMOS & SMOOTHIES® pioneered Detox programs in Portugal, starting by offering personalized detox programs to its clients, later combining these plans with follow-up on health coaching and yoga. The concept of the Portuguese brand LIQUID SUMOS & SMOOTHIES® is built around the idea that a lifestyle based on balance and naturally healthy habits is at the heart of the “energy of life”, as it is the basis of well-being and personal prosperity, and what truly nourishes the mind, body, and spirit.
