The Portuguese brand AS BELINHAS® was born by the hand of two inseparable persons – mother and daughter. Since then, both have travelled all over the country and even the world promoting the products of AS BELINHAS®, a registered and certified brand that strives for the good taste and quality of its articles. The brand AS BELINHAS® identifies itself as a Portuguese brand of pure craftsmanship. AS BELINHAS® items are handcrafted, lovingly and soulfully, using national raw materials such as palm leaf, jute, cotton thread used in hand embroidery, crochet and macramé. The main products are handcrafted baskets made of palm leaf and clutches, but also hats, bags, baby carrycot and crochet and macramé items. Every season, the brand AS BELINHAS® always tries to reinvent itself using Portuguese raw materials. All products are designed and created by the brand AS BELINHAS® and are hand sewn with Portuguese threads for durability. Adding to the tradition some elements of modernity, the AS BELINHAS® brand is a contemporary handicraft brand.
