The Portuguese furniture brand ADICO® is part of the small group of PME’s (Small and Medium-sized Companies) in Portugal that have been awarded with the PME Leader distinction and is still today a family company with entirely Portuguese capitals, which over the years has made an enormous effort to overcome the barriers of internationalization. Currently, one of ADICO®’s focuses is the design «spoken in Portuguese», an area in which it is especially sensitive and to which it has contributed and stimulated its dynamism, opening its doors to Portuguese creators who, in fact, are betting on a career. Operating since 1920, the year it was founded by Adelino Dias Costa, the brand ADICO® created the Portuguese Chair and it is one of the oldest active metal furniture companies in Europe.
