The olive oil of the Portuguese brand ACUSHLA® is originary from Alto Douro, in Quinta do Prado, a property in Vila da Flor with about 741 acres with great conditions to the olive production. Extracted from all around a variety of typical olive trees from Vila Flor – Cobrançosa, Madural, Verdeal, Negrinha e Cordovil – the ACUSHLA® olive oil presents a greenish yellow colour, fruity scent and aromas, with taste of green grass, green corn and almond, involved in a bitter and spicy sensation, with a long and persistent finishing. Produced with passion and respecting the traditional cultures, as far as the biological production is concerned, this olive oil conveys sensorial flavours that are the result of how everything was born, from the strength of an impulse, from a will to develop a distinct product that will be as cherish by the consumers as it is by the producers.
